-Once again, the continuing saga of the house built on Frank Street was reviewed.  After much discussion, the Association decided we must be mindful of the zoning requirements and comply.  Taking this into consideration, when and if we become involved, the Association will take the following approach.

a)- Decide if we should be involved at all
b)- Evaluate each claim on a case by case basis
c)- As a courtesy, a letter may be handed to the complainant from the Association with Zoning and code enforcement guidelines with a phone number to the appropriate contact person in the City Department.
d)- Finally, if warranted, a support letter from the Association on behalf of the complainant.

It was decided to table the issue until we learn how the City wants us to proceed.
A future speaker from the Building Commission is planned for an upcoming meeting.

Motion passed to wait for a City response before implementing any guidelines.

2-Alibi's Nightclub. Again, more discussion about the nightclub's entertainment license and if the license covered male dancers. It does not appear that the Club is serving food and may be in violation of its license.

3- It was discussed previously that the lease for the former Big Y building located on the corner of Wilbraham Road and Parker Street is being held purposefully by the Big Y corp. to prevent a competitor from moving into the space.  Karen will write letter to the Corporation and ask about their intention or use for the building. It does not look good for the neighborhood to have a vacant building of that size.
