The big house on the corner of Frank St & Parker St has a huge tractor truck in front that seems to have a huge advertising sign on it, and it is not supposed to be there, but it is allowed because they are still working on house. We will refer it to Zoning/Enforcement.

Police Officer Peter Fett, spoke to the owner, and he said that he would be keeping his boat there and no other business. There will be 2 more new houses, and 2 more curb cuts, which will be 10 ft apart

Ann R asked who is responsible for taking care of the flower pots and islands at Parker St Wilbraham Rd. We are not sure.

A motion to abandon taking care of the flower pots and islands at Parker St. & Wilbraham Rd., we need help from the city, it is to dangerous. Willis made a motion to notify City Council we cannot take care of it. Jim said that we should send it to Executive Committee to discuss. Willis withdrew his motion

Claudio went to Public Park Dept, took pictures of pond across from his house that was not being taken care of, they took care of it

We need to form a committee to talk to the Mayor about issues such as 16 Acres has the highest taxes per capita, water bills and other issues.

On a brighter side 16 Acres is the safest part of Springfield.
